Day four of our Author Interview series and we are still reveling in the celebration of One S’more Summer's release only 2 days ago!
We are so excited we can hardly contain ourselves. We know first hand that writing isn’t easy! Not only is it tough to dream up these awesome characters and map out these intricate plots, but oftentimes, people don’t take a writer’s “writing time” very seriously. So we wanted to know what Beth’s family thinks of her writing career and her pursuit of publication. Let’s see what she had to say!
FHP: Does your family support your career as a writer?
BETH: One hundred percent. Since the day I sat down at my laptop to start writing One S’more Summer, my husband has been my biggest cheerleader. Through every speed-bump, bout of self-doubt, rejection, or setback he’s encouraged me to keep going and see the project through. He’s helped me carve out time to write when I didn’t think I had an hour to spare and never once doubted One S’more Summer would get published.
